Bones of Faerie by Janni Lee Simner

So I finished Bones of Faerie in about 5 hrs. The book flowed well and was an enjoyable read. What I didn't like were the unanswered questions. For example why did the war between humans & faerie start & how did that translate to humans getting magic after the war. Maybe it's just me but this book left to many unanswered questions for it to be anything more than just OK : (
As always, if you read this book, I would love to hear you thoughts : )

I was left wondering the same things. Why was there a war in the first place? Is the magic that is now on earth kinda of like the radiation that was in Faerie?
